Karen M. Brown:
Hello, I am the secretary/treasurer of Sports for Special Kids.
I have 10 children and 2 of which have special needs and play
for our baseball league. I have been a cheerleading coach for
15 years. I love working with people of all ages and I love to
see how much fun they have while participating in their sports.
Please come out and see them play on every Sunday in May (except
Memorial weekend) and June at 4:00 pm at the Quakertown Little
League fields on Mill Street, Quakertown. |
Committee Commissioner: Becky Gerhart :
When the organization was formed I was the snack mom, as the organization
grew there was a need for an assistant committee commissioner.
In 2007 I became acting commissioner. I am Samantha Gerhart's
mom. Our daughter plays on the Navy Team. |
Vice-President: Paul Gerhart Jr. :
Hello, my name is Paul Gerhart, Jr. and I am the Vice President
of Sports for Special Kids. I got involved in this program because
God blessed my wife and I with a gifted daughter. I wish all present
and future sports participants a happy and safe season. Our philosophy
is 'if the player is not happy, we the board of directors are
not happy.' So lets get ready to rumble and oh yeah, smile. |
